What is your mode of payment?
We accept payments via UnionBank Bank Transfer / Online Banking.
Once payment has been successfully transferred, kindly send your proof of payment to activehourph@gmail.com with the e-mail subject in this format

How much is your shipping fee?
We charge a flat rate of ₱120.00 for orders within Metro Manila (all cities) and Greater Manila (specific cities within Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal), and ₱250.00 for Provincial orders.

Do you offer Same-Day Delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer same-day delivery at the moment but we can arrange next-day delivery via your preferred courier, booked and shouldered by the buyer. Send us a message on Instagram and we’ll work it out for you!
When will my order be shipped out?
We send out orders every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The cut-off time is 6:00PM the day before the scheduled ship out date.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your package has been picked up by our courier, kindly allow 1 to 3 business days for Metro Manila, and 5 to 7 days for Provincial orders to arrive at your address.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a confirmation message with your tracking information once your order is scheduled for pickup.
Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. We will only accept exchanges if the item has a manufacturing defect.
